Raw activity
Price x volume tells you how much money changed hands. It fixes the cheap-stock share-volume illusion.
Free JalenScanner
A stock trading $10B on the day with a $10B market cap is not the same as $10B trading through a trillion-dollar company. JalenScanner ranks my public watchlist by price x volume against market cap so raw dollar flow gets size context. The refresh path supports delayed provider data without putting provider keys in the browser.

The metric
Price times volume gives the dollars traded. Divide by market cap and the scanner shows which names are actually churning relative to company size. The public snapshot is crawlable for search users; the provider-backed refresh sorts by PxV / cap and can use trailing 5-session weekly PxV when historical volume is available.
The route reads a public snapshot and a public Jalen watchlist. Seed rows come from your TradingView JalenScanner screenshot; provider refreshes replace the seed without exposing API keys to users.
The board keeps the same core fields as your TradingView scanner, then adds one derived ratio: Price x vol divided by market cap.

How to read it
Price x volume tells you how much money changed hands. It fixes the cheap-stock share-volume illusion.
Dividing by market cap shows whether that flow is normal background activity or a large event for the company.
The site shows a public watchlist and education-only scanner rows, not private watchlist calls or execution instructions.
Common questions
Because raw dollars need a denominator. A $10B trading day can be extreme for a $10B company and routine for a trillion-dollar company. The ratio puts both on the same relative scale.
No. This route reads a same-origin public snapshot plus an on-device calculator. The refresh script can use delayed provider data, but the browser never receives provider keys and the page never publishes live calls.
It is the public Jalen watchlist: names worth watching through this metric. It is not a buy list, signal list, recommendation, position list, or managed-account instruction.
Yes. Use the quick presets, threshold sliders, and manual calculator on your phone. The page saves your preferred thresholds locally in this browser.
Daily PxV is useful for current-session activity. Weekly PxV is better for the public scanner default because it smooths one-day halts, stale prints, and unusual single-session volume before the ratio is sorted.
Yes. Use the free dollar volume calculator for the first step, then compare the result with market cap or float value to understand relative activity.
Education only. Not investment advice, trade signals, managed accounts, or broker execution. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
