Twenty-five seats. Six weeks. Here's the contract — and the evidence so far.

I'm running two to four cohorts a year, twenty-five seats each — that's the most I can do without faking it. Below: what I commit to do, what I expect from you, what the curriculum looks like week by week, and the evidence I have so far (labeled honestly).

Article I

What I commit to do.

  1. Show up live, Tue + Thu, 17:00 ET, all six weeks. Twelve sessions. If I'm out, I record same-day + run a make-up live within 72h.
  2. Read every deliverable you post in #cohort, within 48 hours. 25 traders × 4 deliverables = 100 reads per cohort. That's the work.
  3. Publish my own week-by-week tape during the cohort. I do the assignments alongside you. Posted in #cohort same Sundays.
  4. Full refund through end of week 2 — no questions. Past week 2, no refund. The cohort has shaped around you by then.
Article II

What I expect from you.

  1. ~10 hours a week for 42 days — without skipping. 5h live + ~3h async + ~2h reflection. Calendar has to survive that.
  2. Post your tape in #cohort every Sunday 22:00 ET. Late posts visible to the room. That's the accountability mechanic.
  3. Read 3 cohort-mates' deliverables before each Tue session. The room sharpens because traders read each other, not just me.
  4. Write the post-mortem on your worst trade of the week. Not your best. We don't celebrate wins until week 6.

QUESTION 01

Can you commit ~10 hours a week for six weeks without skipping?

5h live + ~3h async + ~2h reflection. The cohort works because twenty-five traders show up at the same time. If your calendar can't survive that for 42 days, save your $497 and wait. Next cohort: Q1 2027.

Funded traders (Topstep, Apex, etc.) — yes. Personal account traders — yes. Demo traders running consistent reps — yes. "I read about trading and want to try it" — not yet; the curriculum's free Module 1 is the better starting point.

QUESTION 02

Are you willing to publish your worst trade, every week, for six weeks?

Week 1 deliverable is your last 5 trades — wins, losses, the chase. Read by 24 other operators. If you don't post your losses, the room can't sharpen them. Read my journal first; eight years of mine are free. If reading mine isn't enough, posting yours won't feel right either.

I provide a journal template. The journaling itself is ~5 min per trade. If that's not the kind of work you're up for, the curriculum + Member tier is a better fit; the cohort assumes commitment to the loop.

What this won't do

Hard constraints — same as everything else here.
