Lessons

What real trades become,
after redaction.

Every paired trade in the Proof Room can become a lesson — but only after structured redaction makes it safe to share. The Lesson Builder turns broker-truth trades into reviewable artifacts using a fixed schema: pre-entry intent, indicator thesis, thesis-vs-execution delta, per-message redaction decisions, evidence-gate sign-off. No causal claims, no member-replicable promises, no operator-account specifics leaked into the public-safe version.

Lesson Builder v0.1 authoring surface is live operator-internally. Member-facing read view ships with Founding 100.

The schema

Fixed fields keep the lesson honest.

Free-form trade journals drift into hindsight narration. The Lesson Builder pins each lesson to a structured schema so the gap between plan and execution becomes the teachable layer — not the outcome.

Field 01 · Plan

pre_entry_intent

The plan before the trade started — captured as a chip selection plus operator narrative. Used to score discipline (did the operator follow the plan?), not outcome.

level_hold continuation fade
Field 02 · Reasoning

indicator_thesis

What the operator believed about the setup at decision time. Category chips tie each thesis to specific Discord rows. Higher-timeframe references + management triggers are the strongest stable pattern.

Field 03 · Delta

thesis_vs_execution_delta

The gap between what the operator planned and what the operator did. This is the teachable layer — the outcome doesn't matter, the discipline gap does.

Field 04 · Safety

Per-message redaction

Every Discord message paired to the trade gets one of include / paraphrase / exclude. Non-operator content defaults to exclude. Funded-account specifics, dollar amounts, and account-source language are flagged automatically.

How a lesson ships

From paired trade to public-safe artifact.

The build path

A lesson can only be flagged public_ready when every gate passes. The flow is rigid by design — the schema is the integrity check.

  1. Select episode from Proof Room review queue (default sort: public_candidate_after_redaction first).
  2. Capture pre-entry intent — chip required before advancing.
  3. Pick indicator thesis chips — multi-select; tied to supporting Discord rows. Conditional UI fires on options-gamma / source-boundary-sensitive selections.
  4. Classify thesis-vs-execution delta — enum + narrative annotation required.
  5. Per-message redaction decisions — defaults to exclude; operator must opt content into include.
  6. Evidence-gate review — surface remaining blockers with actionable fix links.
  7. Member-facing preview — render what the member will see, side-by-side with operator-internal view.
  8. Publish action — gated by all evidence-gate criteria + operator sign-off with timestamp.

What a lesson is not

The same rules as the Proof Room.

Lessons inherit every constraint from the Proof Room: no signal services, no direction prediction, no indicator backtest framing, no typical-member-outcome claim, no automation that touches stop-loss discipline. The schema enforces those rules; the operator's sign-off confirms them.

Member access lands with Founding 100.

Lesson Builder v0.1 authoring is live operator-internally; the wizard is building the first wave of lessons against the merge pipeline now. Founding 100 members get first read-access to the lesson library as published artifacts come online. Founding pricing locks at $19/mo lifetime; the standard tier launches at $29/mo after the first 100 seats are claimed.
